Why do 2017 and 2018 cutoffs look like small numbers instead of percentiles?
In 2017 and 2018 the exam was scored in raw marks out of 200, so the cutoff values for those years are marks, not percentiles. The percentile system started in 2019. Never compare a 2018 cutoff of, say, 130 with a 2022 percentile of 98; they are different scales.
